Ethos was founded as a single owner LLC in 2013, by our Visionary, Alicia Leinberger. From the beginning, her vision for success and sustainability had always been to one day transition Ethos to a worker-owned coop. In 2020 we accomplished that vision and re-incorporated as Ethos Green Power Cooperative.

This means, when you hire us for your project, you've hired a team of invested owners, each with unique expertise and perspective. We believe this diverse structure creates a strong foundation from which we create value for you, and ultimately achieve our Core Focus.
